1. General Conditions

Offers are available for a limited time only and subject to availability.
Cosmetic Avenue may modify, extend or cancel offers without prior notice.

2. Prepaid Package Rules

Packages must be paid in full upfront to access EOFY pricing.
All EOFY packages are non-refundable.
If you change your mind, your prepaid amount can be used as clinic credit toward any other service or product.
Packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
You are welcome to purchase multiple packages, subject to stock availability.

3. Treatment Booking & Redemption

After purchase, you must book a free consultation before starting treatments.
Treatments are redeemable at any time within the 12-month validity period.
Bookings are essential and subject to availability.
The prepaid value is locked in at purchase and will not be affected by future price changes.

4. Suitability & Substitution

All treatments begin with a professional consultation to confirm your suitability.
If a treatment is not suitable, we’ll offer a comparable alternative of equal value or a clinic credit.
Your safety and satisfaction always come first.

5. Payment Options

Packages must be paid for via credit or debit card.
Afterpay and Zip Pay are not available for this promotion.

6. Bonus Inclusions

First 20 clients to purchase will receive a free skincare gift (valued at $89).
For every $500 spent, you’ll earn 1 entry into our draw to win $1,000 in Cosmetic Credit.
The prize winner will be contacted by July 15, 2025.

7. Package Inclusions

Each EOFY package includes a set treatment bundle, as outlined on our EOFY sale page. Substitutions are not permitted unless clinically required.

8. Cancellations & No-Shows

Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be deducted from your package.
Cosmetic Avenue’s standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
