Cancellation and Rescheduling
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making it necessary to reschedule. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48-hours’ notice.
Our policy requires any cancellation or rescheduling of services to be 48-hours prior to your appointment time. Inability to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the deposit held or full payment of the treatment, whichever is more or at the discretion of the clinic manager.
We require a deposit for all treatments.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency or you are unwell or injured, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services, subject to sufficient proof of emergency or medical certificate. Deposits that go towards treatments are non-refundable. Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
In the instances of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of the service will be forfeited for that single treatment and will be taken out of the pre-purchased treatment plan.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact your local clinic within their opening hours via telephone. In the event that you are unable to speak to a team member on the phone, please email your cancellation request directly to the clinic’s email address on the below and they will return your call as soon as possible.

Lateness
A late arrival is considered when a client is 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment. If you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment, your session may be rescheduled if the treatment cannot be completed in the remaining timeframe. If we do not hear from you within the 10 minutes post your appointment starting time, you will be considered as a “no show”.
No-shows
A no show is considered when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. If you do not attend your appointment, we reserve the rights to retain your deposit. If you have failed to show up for 2 of your scheduled appointments without sufficient cancellation, we require full payment of all future treatments at the time of booking a treatment.
In the instances of pre-paid treatments or packages, the full cost of the service will be forfeited for that single treatment and will be taken out of the pre-purchased treatment plan.
Refund
There is no refund on pre-paid treatments if your appointment is deemed cancelled within the 48 hour timeframe or considered a “no show”. Refunds are not transferrable to other individuals.
All deposits that have been placed for cosmetic injectables and teeth whitening are deemed refundable if you attend your appointment and decide not to move forward with treatment or are considered an unsuitable candidate by the practitioner.
Expirations of prepaid treatments
Pre-pays have a 12-month expiry from date of purchase.
New Injectable Voucher Offer
The $100 New Injectable Client Voucher comprises 2 x $50 vouchers, redeemable at separate injectable appointments. Both vouchers cannot be utilised on the same day, particularly in conjunction with a service valued over $247. The two vouchers must be redeemed at distinct injectable appointments, ensuring the benefits are experienced across two different sessions. The second $50 voucher must be used within 12 months from the date of issue. The vouchers cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers or promotions. Vouchers are valid across all Cosmetic Avenue Clinics, providing flexibility for your convenience. However, the vouchers cannot be continuously used at every Cosmetic Avenue Clinic. Kindly note that usage is restricted to ensure fairness and availability.

New Clinic Opening Offer
The promotional sale period for each clinic is one month from its opening date. For precise information on the clinic’s opening date and corresponding sale period, please contact the clinic directly.
Clients are entitled to enjoy up to 40% off non-surgical treatments, 10% off the skincare range, $30 off lip injection packages and $70 off standard filler and discounted anti-wrinkle within the clinic’s individual promotional period.
To avail of the discounted prices, clients must complete full payment for their chosen services and/or products before the respective clinic’s sale period concludes.
Full payment is required upfront for all selected treatments and/or products. While treatments do not need to occur during the promotional period, payment must be finalised within one month from the clinic’s opening date.
In line with our commitment to your well-being, any cancellations or rescheduling must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit held or 50% of the service offering, whichever is more.

Avenue Advantages Loyalty Program
Participation in the Avenue Advantages Loyalty Program is open to all clients of Cosmetic Avenue aged 18 and above. Clients are automatically enrolled in the program upon making their first purchase at Cosmetic Avenue.
Membership in the loyalty program is free of charge and valid for an indefinite period, subject to compliance with these terms and conditions.
Members can accumulate loyalty points by making purchases, rebooking appointments, and referring friends. Points are accumulated post payment and cannot be used as payment before a treatment takes place. Points may vary based on actions and may be subject to change at the discretion of Cosmetic Avenue. Points expire after 365 days of accumulation.
Members can progress through the Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers based on their accumulated points and engagement with the program. Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to adjust tier qualifications and benefits.
Points earned can be redeemed for discounts on services and treatments only and are not applicable to product purchases.
The $25 feedback ”credit” is a $25 discount off your total invoice and is not available in conjunction with any other discount or offer. The referral “credit” is a discount off your total invoice when spending at least $247 and is not available in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
Loyalty points can only be redeemed at the specific Cosmetic Avenue clinic where they were accumulated. Points cannot be transferred or redeemed across different clinic locations. Clients must use their accumulated points at the clinic where they made the qualifying purchases.
Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to disqualify and terminate the membership of any client found engaging in fraudulent activities or abusing the loyalty program, including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, sharing login information, or manipulating point accumulation.
By joining the Avenue Advantages Loyalty Program, members consent to receive program-related communications, including promotional offers, updates, and personalised recommendations.
Cosmetic Avenue is committed to protecting member information. Personal data collected for the loyalty program will be used solely for program administration and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program or any part thereof at its discretion, with or without notice. In the event of termination, all accrued points may become void.
Members may terminate their participation in the program at any time by contacting our customer support through Head Office on info@cosmeticavenue.com.au. Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to terminate a member’s participation for any reason, including inactivity, violation of program rules, or suspected abuse.

Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary, with updated versions posted on the program’s website. Validity Period: Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

Non-Transferable: Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person named on the voucher. Proof of identity may be required.

Fraudulent Use: Any fraudulent use of gift vouchers will result in the immediate cancellation of the voucher, and the holder will be liable for any costs incurred.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the voucher was purchased.
Changes to Terms: Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to vouchers purchased after the date of the change.
