Appointment Confirmation

To secure your booking, we require confirmation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
If we do not receive confirmation, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made 48 hours in advance of your appointment time.

• If notice is not received in time, a cancellation fee will apply, equal to the deposit paid or the full cost of the treatment—whichever is greater, or at the discretion of the Clinic Manager.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• In cases of illness or emergency, your deposit may be credited towards a future appointment, subject to proof such as a medical certificate.

• Refunds will only be issued where required under Australian Consumer Law.

• For pre-paid treatment packages, a missed appointment without adequate notice will result in the loss of one treatment from your package.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment:

Lateness Policy

We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive later than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time:

• Your session may be rescheduled, depending on availability.

• If we haven’t heard from you by this time, it will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited.

No-Show Policy

• A no-show occurs when a client misses their appointment without cancelling.

• Your deposit will be forfeited in this instance.

• If you no-show two or more times, we will require full payment upfront for any future bookings.

• For clients on pre-paid packages, the missed appointment will count as one treatment and be deducted from your package.

Refund

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Once a payment is made or a deposit is placed, it is non-refundable unless stated otherwise under our cancellation and eligibility guidelines.

For pre-paid treatments, refunds are not available if your appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time or if you fail to attend (“no-show”). Additionally, pre-paid treatments are non-transferable to other individuals.

Deposits made for cosmetic injectables and teeth whitening appointments, however, are refundable under specific conditions. If you attend your appointment but decide not to proceed with the treatment, or if the practitioner determines that you are an unsuitable candidate for the treatment, your deposit will be refunded.

Expirations of prepaid treatments

Pre-pays have a 12-month expiry from date of purchase.

 

Sales, Offers and Promotions

Prepay & Save Packages – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Consultation
   • All Prepay & Save packages are subject to a mandatory consultation with one of our qualified practitioners.
   • Treatments will only proceed if deemed clinically suitable following this consultation.
2. Clinical Suitability
   • If a client is not suitable for the treatment purchased, an alternative treatment of equal value may be offered, or the amount paid will be held as a clinic credit.
   • No refunds are provided for prepaid packages.
3. Package Use
   • Packages must be purchased in full prior to commencing treatment.
   • Treatments included in the package can only be redeemed by the purchaser and are not transferable to another person.
4. Validity Period
   • All Prepay & Save packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
   • Any unused treatments after this date will expire.
5. Exclusions
   • Packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless otherwise specified.
   • Not redeemable for cash.
6. Rescheduling & Cancellations
   • Standard clinic cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.
   • Missed or late-cancellation appointments may result in forfeiture of that session at the clinic’s discretion.
7. General
   • Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
   • By purchasing a Prepay & Save package, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

New Client Voucher Offer

Eligibility:
This offer is available to clients who book a Cosmetic Aesthetic treatment or consultation, that have not made a booking previously.
Offer is valid for new Cosmetic Aesthetic consultation/treatments bookings only.
Clients who have already used their 2 x $50 vouchers are not eligible for this campaign.

Credit Details:
The $100 Credit will be provided as two separate $50 credits.
Each $50 credit can be applied towards different treatment appointments where the total invoice is $250 or more.
Credits can be used for Cosmetic Aesthetics, Skin, or Body treatments.
The credits cannot be applied to the same appointment or combined with other offers.
Credit cannot be used for product purchases or to pay for consultations.

Validity:
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of the client’s first consultation with a Cosmetic Nurse.
Each $50 Credit can only be redeemed once per client.
The offer is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who attended both consultations.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

Appointments and Usage:
The $50 credits must be used on separate appointments.
Clients must book and complete a separate treatment appointment to apply the credit.
Both $50 credits must be used on treatment invoices valued at $250 or more.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If a consultation or treatment appointment is cancelled or missed, the offer becomes void.
Rescheduling is allowed at the discretion of the clinic but must be within the 12-month promotional period.

Restrictions:
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or loyalty rewards.
Credits are not applicable to retail purchases.

Changes to the Offer:
Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
The promotion is subject to availability and clinic capacity.

Regulatory Compliance:
In accordance with updated TGA regulations, this offer replaces previous promotions that provided credit specifically for injectables treatments. The current promotion allows clients to use the credit towards a broader range of treatments, including Cosmetic Aesthetics, Skin, and Body treatments.
By booking and attending your consultations, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Loyalty Program

Participation in the Avenue Advantages Loyalty Program is open to all clients of Cosmetic Avenue aged 18 and above. Clients are automatically enrolled in the program upon making their first purchase at Cosmetic Avenue.​

Membership in the loyalty program is free of charge and valid for an indefinite period, subject to compliance with these terms and conditions.​

Members can accumulate loyalty points by making purchases, rebooking appointments, and referring friends. Points are accumulated post payment and cannot be used as payment before a treatment takes place. Points may vary based on actions and may be subject to change at the discretion of Cosmetic Avenue. Points expire after 365 days of accumulation. ​

Members can progress through the Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers based on their accumulated points and engagement with the program. Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to adjust tier qualifications and benefits.​

​Points earned can be redeemed for discounts on services and treatments only and are not applicable to product purchases.​

The $25 feedback ”credit” is a $25 discount off your total invoice and is not available in conjunction with any other discount or offer. The referral “credit” is a discount off your total invoice when spending at least $247 and is not available in conjunction with any other discount or offer.

Loyalty points can only be redeemed at the specific Cosmetic Avenue clinic where they were accumulated. Points cannot be transferred or redeemed across different clinic locations. Clients must use their accumulated points at the clinic where they made the qualifying purchases.​

Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to disqualify and terminate the membership of any client found engaging in fraudulent activities or abusing the loyalty program, including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, sharing login information, or manipulating point accumulation.​

By joining the Avenue Advantages Loyalty Program, members consent to receive program-related communications, including promotional offers, updates, and personalised recommendations.​

Cosmetic Avenue is committed to protecting member information. Personal data collected for the loyalty program will be used solely for program administration and will not be​ shared with third parties without consent.​

Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program or any part thereof at its discretion, with or without notice. In the event of termination, all accrued points may become void.​​

Members may terminate their participation in the program at any time by contacting​ our customer support through Head Office on info@cosmeticavenue.com.au. Cosmetic Avenue​ reserves the right to terminate a member’s participation for any reason, including inactivity, violation of program rules, or suspected abuse.​

By participating in the Avenue Advantages Loyalty Program, members acknowledge and agree to​ abide by these terms and conditions. Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary, with updated versions posted on the program’s website. It is the​ responsibility of the member to review these terms periodically for any changes. Points cannot be​ redeemed for cash.

Referral Program

Participation in Cosmetic Avenues Referral Program is open to all clients of Cosmetic Avenue aged 18 and above. The client (referee) who refers a new client to Cosmetic Avenue will receive a $100 credit when the new clients spends a minimum of $247 on a single invoice, and the referred client (new client) will also receive a $100 credit upon their first appointment. Credits are applied as discounts on the client’s invoice and are valid only when the minimum invoice amount is $247 or more.

The $100 credit for the referee is redeemable only after the referred friend (new client) attends and completes their first appointment, and their appointment invoice is closed. Once the referred friend’s invoice is closed, the referee’s credit will appear in their online portal, available for redemption on their next qualifying service. New clients must book their first appointment using the unique URL link provided in their referee’s portal, or by applying the unique referral code at the time of booking. The new client must specify they were referred by a friend or family member at the time of booking for the referral to be valid.

To qualify for the referral discount, the referred client’s invoice must be a minimum of $247 on a single, completed transaction. This minimum purchase requirement ensures the $100 credit for the referee is eligible only after their referral has met this invoice threshold on a single bill; split invoices or purchases across multiple invoices will not be counted towards this minimum.

To redeem the $100 discount, the total invoice amount must be at least $247. The $100 discount will be applied directly to the eligible invoice at the time of payment.

This referral discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. The $100 credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit. The refer-a-friend credit can only be redeemed at participating Cosmetic Avenue clinics.

The referee and new client credits are available only for the first service booked by the new client. If the referral code or link is not used or applied at the time of booking, the discount will not be valid, and no retroactive credit will be applied. Each new client is eligible for only one $100 referral credit, regardless of how many referrers they may have. Referral credits must be used within 12 months of issuance. Any unused credits will expire after this period. Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to change or end the refer-a-friend program at any time without prior notice.

The referee is responsible for ensuring their friend books through the unique URL link or uses the referral code and specifies they were referred by a friend. Cosmetic Avenue will not be liable for any unclaimed credits due to failure to follow the booking instructions.

Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or cancel referral credits if fraudulent activity is suspected, including but not limited to self-referrals, referrals through fake accounts, or any other behaviour intended to manipulate the program.

Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

By participating in the Cosmetic Avenue Refer-a-Friend Campaign, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for all.

50% Off First Treatment for New Clients

Our 50% off your first treatment in a package promotion is available exclusively at participating Cosmetic Avenue clinics and only valid to new clients only. A new client is defined as a client who has not made a purchase/payment with Cosmetic Avenue. This offer is only valid once across all clinics and cannot be used multiple times. This cannot be used on multiple packages on one invoice. This promotion cannot be used with any injectable treatments. The promotion period will end at the discretion of Cosmetic Avenue and is not in conjunction with any other offer.

Gift Vouchers

Validity Period: Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

Redemption: Gift vouchers can be redeemed for services and products at any Cosmetic Avenue clinic. They cannot be used for online purchases.

Non-Transferable: Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person named on the voucher. Proof of identity may be required.

Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given if the service/product value is less than the voucher amount.

Partial Use: If the full value of the gift voucher is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance can be used for future transactions within the validity period.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Cosmetic Avenue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. They will not be replaced or refunded.

Booking and Cancellation: Appointments made with gift vouchers are subject to Cosmetic Avenue’s standard booking and cancellation policies. The minimum notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, or the cancellation fee will be deducted from the voucher.

Fraudulent Use: Any fraudulent use of gift vouchers will result in the immediate cancellation of the voucher, and the holder will be liable for any costs incurred.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the voucher was purchased.

Changes to Terms: Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to vouchers purchased after the date of the change.

Avenue Advantages Loyalty Program

These Terms and Conditions govern the Avenue Advantages Loyalty Program (“Program”) offered by Cosmetic Avenue. By participating, clients agree to the following:

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

• The Program is open to all Cosmetic Avenue clients aged 18 and over.

• Enrollment is automatic upon the client’s first purchase at any Cosmetic Avenue clinic.

• Participation is free of charge and ongoing unless otherwise terminated by Cosmetic Avenue.

2. Earning Points

• Loyalty points are earned on eligible spend across treatments, skincare products, memberships, packages, gift cards, and prepaid cards.

• Points are awarded based on the client’s membership tier:

  • Silver: $0–$2,499 = 0.5 points per $1

  • Gold: $2,500–$4,999 = 0.75 points per $1

  • Platinum: $5,000+ = 1 point per $1

• Dental treatments earn loyalty points at 50% of the standard rate, based on tier status.

• Points are calculated based on the total invoice value and credited after full payment.

• Clients also earn bonus points for rebooking, referrals, leaving feedback, and during birthday/memberversary promotions.

• Points are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are clinic-specific.

3. Redeeming Points

• Points are redeemable on services, skincare products, packages, memberships, gift cards, and prepaid cards.

• Loyalty points cannot be redeemed on any Dental treatments.

• A minimum of 200 points ($10 value) is required to redeem.

• Redemption must occur at the clinic where the points were earned.

• Points must be used before their 12-month expiry from the date of accumulation.

4. Referral & Feedback Credits

• Referrers and referees receive a $100 discount on their next invoice for spending over $247, not in conjunction with other discounts.

• The $25 feedback credit (Google review) is a one-time use offer per client and applied as a discount on the next treatment invoice.

• Referral and feedback credits are not counted as loyalty points and are applied through campaign vouchers.

5. Promotions & Bonus Campaigns

• Birthday and Memberversary vouchers are issued based on the client’s tier and are valid for 30 days from the campaign start.

• These may be redeemed alongside loyalty points unless stated otherwise.

6. Tier Advancement

• Clients move through Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers based on their cumulative spend within a rolling 12-month cycle from their initial enrollment.

• Tier benefits and thresholds may be adjusted by Cosmetic Avenue at any time.

7. Program Use & Restrictions

• Loyalty points may only be redeemed at the originating clinic.

• Cosmetic Avenue may void points for misuse, fraud, inactivity, or any breach of terms.

• Clients found creating duplicate accounts or manipulating the program may be removed.

• Points cannot be redeemed retrospectively or used toward prior transactions.

• Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to adjust point balances in cases of error or expired promotions.

8. Communication & Privacy

• By joining the Program, members consent to receiving email and SMS communications regarding points, tier updates, promotional offers, and reminders.

• Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for program administration.

9. Modifications & Termination

• Cosmetic Avenue reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any of its components at any time without prior notice.

• Any points not redeemed at the time of program cancellation will be forfeited.

• Clients may cancel their membership at any time by contacting Head Office via info@cosmeticavenue.com.au.

10. Final Note

• Participation in the Loyalty Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

• Cosmetic Avenue encourages clients to regularly check their point balance and terms via cosmeticavenue.com.au/loyalty.

Points and benefits are subject to change at the sole discretion of Cosmetic Avenue.

1. Eligibility
